As a buyer you want to know that you are getting what you paid for, and we want you to get what you are paying for. Together we will make sure of that, we will never charge you more than your property is worth. We will also disclose all facts and documentation that exists on the property. We will reveal how we arrived at the Fair market Value, and in many cases you will be paying less. Not because the house isn't worth Fair Market Value (it deffeantly will be, or we wouldn't own it), or not because there is something wrong with the house (if there was something wrong with the house we wouldn't own it). But because we want to provide you a home at a price you can afford.
Some times we have to charge the full Fair Market Value, but when ever we can we try to avoid that. Our purpose is to provide you a home at a price you can afford, and make a resonable profit from the deal also. We are not trying to get rich off of you. We belive we can make an honest profit, not by soaking you for all we can, but by being forthright and honest and only charging you what you are capable of paying.
How much can you realy afford? Always ask yourself that question first.
And never let any one tell you you can pay more. Decide what you can do and stick with it.
