The Director of our Idaho District, E. L. Roper, is a 62 year old business man who cares about his clients, investors, tenants, all others of whom he comes in contact with on a daily basis. As a Viet Nam veteran he understands pain and loss. Which gives him a deeper understanding of where people are coming from. He is also strong in his faith in G-d the creator.
Which instills in him a high moral standard and a greater desire to do right by those he interacts with.
Mr. Roper is a person with integrity, of a cultural backround that raises thier people to be honest and forthright, we re confident he will not decieve or misslead any of our clients, tenants, investors or contacts.
E. L. Roper has 8 years experiance in property maintinance, 6 years experiance in property management, and has done undergone extensive studies and reasearch in real estate investing for the past two years. Prior to that he has a total of 20 years training and experiance in financial services.
Mr. Roper has been a loyal compitant employee and a successful business owner/manager in yard and home maintinance, financial brokering, mortgage reduction, financial services, and credit consulting for over twenty years.
