Maintinance Personel
1. We are in need of maintinance personel in the Treasure Valley Area.
2. No experiance necessary we will Train.
3. Pay starting at $10.00 per hr. 20-40 hours per week starting. Hrs. will increase with occupency of real estate.
a. Wages may increase up to $15.00 per hr. over a time period according to ability and performance.
4. Ability to use hand tools a must. If you do not have your own tools we will help you get them.
5. You will be performing manual labor in all weather and conditions.
6. Benifits will be offered after final negotations of same with providers. And 
employee has been with the company for a 60 day trial period. Benefits will include, but not resticted to;
a. medical insurance

d. paid sick leave
e. paid vacation
